2BSecure is a compact black box that is placed between a controller (e.g. PLC or IPC) and the connected ETHERNET interfaces to prevent unauthorized access or cyber attacks. If 2BSecure is set up correctly, the Ethernet interface is deactivated by default so that unauthorized access is not possible. Unlocking is done manually by authorized personnel, either directly via the control unit (e.g. by password) or via an intermediate key switch or an RFID system.
