New contact block ranges FRTF and FRTP

Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG adds further two contact block ranges to its portfolio: range FRTF with Faston terminals and range FRTP with PCB-mount terminals. The compact construction is the feature making these contact block ranges so special. They are suitable for applications where space is a critical requirement.

Both kinds of contact block have two-piece plungers, so the contacts can be operated separately. In the illuminated FRTF contact blocks the LED is already integrated, whereas being an optional accessory in the FRTP contact blocks. The housing of the FRTP contact blocks is designed for the optional LEDs to be soldered to the PCB.

Both ranges include the standard contact types like 1NC, 1NO, 2NC, 2NO, 1NC/1NO and 2NC/1NO with silver or gold-plated contacts. All normally closed contacts (NC) are positive opening contacts according to EN 60947-5-1. The electrical data corresponds to the utilization categories AC15 B300 and DC13 Q300.

The contact blocks of the ranges FRTF and FRTP can be combined with all SCHLEGEL pushbuttons and switches that have a 16 mm housing diameter and a travel of max. 3 mm.
