Emergency-stops with pull release for smallest space requirement

GEORG SCHLEGEL GmbH & Co. KG expands its emergency-stop range for the mYnitron series with four additional pull to release variants. This series impresses with its small mounting depth.

The newly invented emergency-stop devices differ from the already existing ones by their types of connection and the used materials for the contacts. Available connector types are Faston terminals (2.8 x 0.5 mm) and variants with soldering lugs. The variants with soldering lugs are suitable for applications with little mounting space.

Variants with silver-plated contacts are recommended for applications with higher currents. For lower currents or application areas that are prone to corrosion, variants with gold-plated contacts are recommended. Contact configuration is 2 NC contacts with positive opening according to EN60947-5-1.

The series mYnitron is designed for mounting apertures of 16.2 mm. The emergency-stops have a mechanical life of approximately 30,000 switching cycles, provide protection classes IP65/IP67/IP69K and withstand operating temperatures of -25° C to +70° C. Operating voltage is 35 V AC/DC for an operating current at 5 A/AC or 2 A/DC, 1 mA to 100 mA with gold-plated contacts. Depending on the variant, the mounting depth is 18 mm with Faston terminals and 14 mm with soldering lugs.
