Schlegel celebrates its long-serving employees

A total of 26 employees at the Dürmentingen-based electrical engineering specialist celebrated milestone anniversaries in 2025. Having already been recognised by the management on their respective anniversary days, they were honoured once again at the Christmas party.

Together, the honourees bring 495 years of experience, expertise, and loyalty to the company. Four employees have been with Schlegel for 30 years, and Ulrich Schlegel has been with the company for an impressive 40 years.

‘We would like to express our sincere thanks for your commitment, dedication and loyalty to the company,’ the two managing directors, Christoph Schlegel and Wolfgang Weber, emphasised during the ceremony.

The honoured employees:

10 years: Ludmilla Bachmann, Ingeborg Hilsenbek, Andrea Kaleck, Elvira Loliva, Anna Muranyi, Sonja Sattler, Jenny Schmid, Thomas Schwarz, Melanie Wild, Ilona Wittenberg and Carmen Wölfl.

20 years: Gabi Brauch, Cornelia Schefold, Georg Selig, Nina Weber and Andrea Zoll.

25 years: Jutta Eppensteiner, Elisabeth Erb, Thomas Gairing, Petra Lewandowski and Lutz Rößler.

30 years: Klaus Burgmaier, Philipp Diener, Bernd Geisinger and Wolfgang Zoll.

40 years: Ulrich Schlegel
