‘Good cheer upstairs, good cheer downstairs...’

Carnival at work: creativity, team spirit and polonaise

Things got colourful at our company on „Glompigen Thursday“: SCHLEGEL employees celebrated Carnival with plenty of creativity and enthusiasm. This incidentally highlighted how team spirit and a good atmosphere are part of everyday working life.

Several departments developed their own costume themes and implemented them with great attention to detail. In Assembly 1, construction workers created a 'tangible' atmosphere, complete with a small obstacle course.

In Assembly 3, there was a Dalmatian theme: 13 dogs with elaborate make-up provided a glimpse of what might be in store on the way to '101'.

KE's focus was on the mountains, at least visually, while delicate butterflies fluttered through the hall in USB production. Well-known characters such as Pippi Longstocking, witches and minions could also be encountered throughout the company.

The highlight was a polonaise through the entire building, from production to administration. This brought all areas together and spread good cheer everywhere.

Once again, Fasnet demonstrated that community and joy, as well as quality, precision and commitment, have a firm place in the company.
