Make way for Elf, Reindeer and the Guessing Team

Colourful programme at the Christmas party, featuring theatre, game shows, sketches and much more

SCHLEGEL employees were treated to a varied programme at the Christmas party, including sketches, a photo review, a fashion show and a game show, as well as a reunion with 'old friends'. Elf, Reindeer and their friends were back on stage for 'The SCHLEGEL Christmas Story, Part 2'.

Their mission: to save Christmas. Climate change was taking its toll on the Christmas tree. Combined with the lamps and fairy lights, it hung its branches sadly. But with a lot of effort – and the Flexitast – the heroes on stage managed to put things right. Torsten Singer had once again used AI to develop the story, which he also read aloud. He was assisted by Lukas Löffler and Jürgen Leng. The story was performed by Christoph Schlegel, Wolfgang Zoll, Markus Brauch, Lutz Rößler and Melanie Buck.

Review of the year

This Christmas story was not the only item on the programme that evening in the beautifully decorated Bad Buchau spa centre hall. The 'Pictures of the Year' brought back memories of events in the company. This was followed by the anniversary celebrations.

Fashion show

Christoph Schlegel and Melanie Buck presented the SCHLEGEL jackets and waistcoats, from which the Christmas gift could be chosen. The trainees once again provided laughs with their traditional sketch. This time, it was a competition between buttons and switches to see which was the most important.

Game show

Who uses the lift frequently? Who starts before 6:30 am? And how can you mime and recognise the word 'pay rise'? All this and more was to be seen in the game show, hosted by Lutz Rößler. The players on stage - Alexander Bauer, Kurt Blank, Nausica Chiriac, Alexander Geiger, Florian Schönweiler and Melanie Wild - also had to recognize locations in short video clips.

Raffle for a good cause

The motto for this year's Christmas party raffle was '80 years – 80 prizes'. To celebrate its 80-th anniversary, our company provided significantly more prizes, including five attractive main prizes. As in previous years, the raffle also supported a good cause. Together with additional donations, the sale of raffle tickets raised around 450 Euro. The company will top this amount up to 1.000 Euro.

During the programme, which was presented by Melanie Buck, Lutz Rößler and Bruno Jungwirth, there was plenty of time for conversation and for enjoying the rich and delicious buffet. Those who didn't want to go home afterwards ended the evening at the bar, which was open until after midnight.
