Perfect integration. Uncompromisingly individual.

Tailor-made control devices for your application. From logo printing to complete housing development – we make your switch a part of your brand identity.

Why Standard is Often Not Enough

Reduce Process Costs

Plug & Play: Halve Assembly Time

Put an end to complex individual wiring. We deliver your control devices completely pre-assembled – with exactly cut-to-length cables and matching connectors (e.g., M12). This reduces your assembly time and eliminates wiring errors.

Your advantage: Faster production, lower total costs.

Brand Identity

Corporate Design Down to the Fingertips

Your machine is unique - why shouldn't your control panel be? We integrate your logo, your colors, and specific symbols directly onto the lenses or housings of our control devices.

Your advantage: A consistent brand image and professional perception at the "Point of Interaction".

Ergonomics & Haptics

Perfect Switching Feel for Your Application

An emergency stop must be safe, a start button must feel precise. We adapt actuation forces, travel distances, and locking moments to the ergonomic requirements of your operators.

Your advantage: Higher operating safety and a higher quality appearance of the entire system.

Environmental Protection

Always Adapted to the Environment

Whether extreme heat, hygiene requirements in the food industry, or confined installation spaces: When standard products are no longer sufficient, we develop the right solution for your requirements.

Your advantage: Longevity and certification security even under extreme conditions.

Modular System or New Development – The Choice is Yours

Level 1: Visual Adaptation

Level 1: Visual Adaptation

Labeling (laser/printing), colors of the lenses, symbolism.

Level 2: Electrical Adaptation

Level 2: Electrical Adaptation

Cable lengths, special connectors (M12, customer-specific), switching behavior.

Level 3: Mechanical & Visual Adaptation

Level 3: Mechanical & Visual Adaptation

Shape of the front element, material (stainless steel vs. plastic), complete new design.

In 4 Steps to Your Solution

We know that time-to-market is crucial for you. Our agile development process takes you from the first concept to the production-ready component in the shortest possible time.

Analysis & Specification

We Understand Your Requirement

Everything starts with the right input. Our engineers check your specifications or develop the technical requirements together with you. We clarify installation space, electrical parameters, standards, and design wishes before the first line is drawn.

Output: Feasibility analysis & technical concept.

Symbol

Design & Prototyping

From CAD Model to Tangible Sample

You don't want to wait, you want to test. We create 3D data for integration into your design. Using rapid prototyping and in-house toolmaking, we manufacture functional samples. This allows you to validate haptics, fit, and optics on your machine at an early stage.

Output: Initial samples & 3D data.

Symbol

Validation & Testing

Safety Without Compromises

Especially with emergency stop and safety-relevant switches, there is no room for error. We subject the prototypes to strict tests (mechanical service life, IP protection class, electrical loads) and take care of the necessary standard checks.

Output: Approval drawing & test reports.

Series Production & Logistics

Precision in Every Quantity

After your approval, production starts. Whether a small series for special machines or a large series for series plants: We manufacture, print, and assemble at our locations with 100% final inspection. We deliver just-in-time directly to your assembly line.

Output: Ready-to-install product.

Do you only need a minor adjustment, such as a special cable length or laser engraving? Then we skip the development phases and go straight to sampling. Our process adapts to your complexity

FAQ - Answers to Your Most Important Questions

From what quantity is a customized solution worthwhile?

That depends on the type of adaptation. Visual individualizations (e.g., laser engraving of your logo) are often economically viable even for small series or even single pieces. For design changes (e.g., new housing or special cable assembly), we would be happy to advise you on the batch size at which the tooling and one-off costs pay for themselves. Talk to us – we can usually find a solution that also suits medium-sized businesses.

Isn't a custom-made product much more expensive than standard goods?

In terms of the pure part price: Yes, often a bit higher. However, if you look at the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), you save massively. Because: "Plug & Play" solutions eliminate expensive working time for wiring and assembly. With adapted designs, you avoid complaints due to incorrect operation. Often, the installed customized switch is ultimately cheaper than the standard component incl. rework.

How long does development take until the first delivery?

We know that your time-to-market is crucial.

 • Simple adaptations (cable length, printing): Often implementable at short notice.
 • Complex new developments:: Through the use of rapid prototyping, we can realize initial functional samples in a short time. Readiness for series production then depends on the specific test requirements. We will create a binding schedule for you right at the start of the project.

How do you guarantee the availability of spare parts?

This is essential in mechanical engineering. Every special solution receives its own article number and is documented in detail (bills of materials, drawings). With this, we guarantee that you can reorder exactly this switch as a spare part even in years to come – 100% identical to the initial delivery.
