SCHLEGEL summer party in Bad Buchau

Laughter, conversation and celebration! SCHLEGEL celebrated its summer party on 25 July. Around 160 colleagues came together to enjoy a wonderful evening in Bad Buchau.

The weather was much better than expected, enabling SCHLEGEL employees to chat and raise a toast at the bar tables in the courtyard. Those who preferred a more relaxed atmosphere could socialize in the hall. Delicious food and various drinks were also provided.

In his speech, Christoph Schlegel reflected on the challenges of the first half of the year, including a difficult market situation, global tensions, and ongoing economic uncertainty. Despite these uncertainties, he reported that order intake was stabilizing.

Positive developments

He also reported many positive developments: awards for products such as 2BSecure and Flexitast; efficiency gains through switching to LF planning; and progress in automation. Christoph Schlegel also highlighted the new idea management system and requested that all colleagues get actively involved.

As in previous years, SCHLEGEL was able to host the party at the fire station in Bad Buchau. This meant that guests were protected from the rain in the hall. Many thanks for the hospitality.
